When it comes to alcohol many focus on the negative effects that are associated with moderate to heavy alcohol consumption; however, this is not the entire story. Numerous studies have shown many benefits to daily consumption of beer.
Beer contains silicon which is a vital component of bone density and health. That’s right, drinking beer can help keep your bones strong and healthy.  Beer can even fight the effects of, or even prevent, Osteoporosis.

The benefits don’t stop there however; beer has been proven to help numerous aliments. Beer can help prevent Alzheimer’s (and you thought beer made you forget!), diabetes and, even heart disease. Beer is also quite neutrinos. The components of beer (hops and barley) are grains that contain fiber, zinc niacin, and B vitamins. These are important parts of a healthy diet and lifestyle. This brewer says to raise your glass proudly. The once eldest women alive had a simple adage to account for her longevity:  “Everything in moderation” a truer statement has never been uttered. Don’t let the nay-sayers fool you; beer can be good for you!
