The Bear Brewing Company is a small microbrewery located in
the beautiful St. Croix valley in western Wisconsin. I started Bear Brewing Company
because I have a love for good craft beer and want to share my vision with
everyone. We offer five always-on-tap beers as well as one rotating seasonal
tap. This means that like the seasons, every few months the beer lineup changes
accordingly.
If you have never had craft beer or don’t know much (or
anything) about it that is no problem. Bear Brewing offers brewery tours 7 days
a week. You can even get a special behind-the-scenes tour with me and really
learn how the brewing process takes place. Regardless of your palate I am sure
BBC has a beer for everyone out there.
As autumn approaches and the nights become cooler you can
try Bear’s autumn porter; a dark beer that maintains smooth rich flavor and
goes down easy with just enough body to keep you warm on those chilly autumn
nights. Our beer embodies the natural and wild spirit that is the Midwest. Just
